Do your products permanently change facial structure?

No. Our products are intended to support relaxation, depuffing, massage, and routine self-care experiences.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll help resolve it.

Can I return used products?

For hygiene reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Refined purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• items must be unused
• in original condition
• and returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• used facial tools
• used eye masks
• personal care products that have been opened or used

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
